Thank you for shopping at Seiglobe.com. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

      • All orders are processed within [1–3 business weeks] after receiving payment confirmation.

      • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


    2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

    We offer the following shipping options:

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs, and carrier delays.

    A. FOB (Free on Board)

    • Shipping Price: Not included

    • Who pays for shipping?: Buyer

    • Seller’s Responsibility: Delivers goods to the port and loads them onto the ship.

    • Buyer’s Responsibility: Pays for ocean freight, insurance, and everything after loading.

    FOB = Seller delivers to ship. Buyer handles from there.


    B. CNF / CFR (Cost and Freight)

    • Shipping Price: Included

    • Who pays for shipping?: Seller

    • Seller’s Responsibility: Pays for and arranges shipping to the destination port.

    • Buyer’s Responsibility: Pays for insurance and unloading/customs at the destination.

    CNF = Seller ships to port. Buyer handles insurance + rest.


    C. CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

    • Shipping Price: Included

    • Insurance: Included

    • Who pays for shipping & insurance?: Seller

    • Seller’s Responsibility: Pays for shipping and insurance until the goods reach the port of destination.

    • Buyer’s Responsibility: Unloading, import duties, and delivery to final location.

    CIF = Seller covers shipping + insurance to destination port.


    3. Shipping Confirmation

        • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.


      4. Shipping Restrictions

          • We currently ship to all countries.


        5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

            • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees which are not included in the shipping charges.

            • Seiglobe is not responsible for these charges; they are the buyer’s responsibility.


          6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

              • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


            7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

                • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.

                • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
